I am an Experience Strategy Design Director and Design Lead for our Financial Services business and I bring over has over 20 years experience in enabling organisational growth and transformation through successful execution of customer experience design and innovation initiatives. I thrive on creating seamless human experiences and products for brands in the customer, client and employee experience realms. I have been described as a ‘wonderful mix of creativity and spreadsheets’, a mix I bring to life when orchestrating large scale design and innovation programmes of work and delivering digital products. I lead a team of 30 designers in the ‘Customer Strategy and Innovation’ team who specialise in imaging the future and making it real.
