Carl is a Manager in our Banking & Capital Markets Group in London and specialises in Financial Instruments Advisory engagements, with specific expertise in benchmark reform and wholesale market conduct issues. Carl has experience working and delivering on large, complex, cross-border engagements, assisting global tier 1 banks as part of the Benchmarks Assurance & Advisory team, with a particular focus advising on conduct risk and regulatory correspondence for IBOR transition programmes. This experience has provided him with a strong understanding of large scale change initiatives, financial benchmarks and their associated conduct risks. Prior to joining Deloitte, Carl spent over 5 years as a prudential supervisor and later as a wholesale conduct risk regulator with the Central Bank of Ireland.
