About Me

I am a governance, risk and conduct consultant working with clients across the financial services industry, with a particular focus and expertise in banking, consumer credit and insurance regulation.

I advise Boards on governance, regulatory strategy and good practice for managing customer outcomes and assist clients across the regulatory life cycle, as well as perform risk assessments and support skilled person (s.166) reviews. I provide strategic and commercially-focussed advice to deliver tailor-made solutions which enable clients to ensure they comply with and exceed their regulatory requirements.

Over the last 5 years I have been at the forefront of working with FS firms seeking to innovate - either through their business models or in the adoption of new / innovative technologies - in a way that meets regulatory requirements and expectations.
