I have extensive experience in Recovery and Resolution including leading the development of Recovery and Resolution policy and assessing firms plans over a number of years. My experience ranges from working on implementation of the Banking Act 2009 through to supporting resolution planning efforts on global banks.
I'm an experienced banking supervisor with strong knowledge of the key prudential regulations and supporting documents such as ICAAPs, ILAAs, which I have reviewed for a number of firms. I also have experience of working with regulators across the globe including the FED, the ECB and the EBA.
I'm also an expert in the PRA's approach to supervision and managed a central team responsible for driving forward best practice in supervisionary tools and techniques.
