Mark Patterson is a Partner at Deloitte focused on the Insurance industry. He has conceived, designed, and executed some of the largest and most ambitious transformations programs in the industry.
These programmes have redefine insurance companies operations, how their customers perceive them, driven growth across digital, broker, and direct channels, improved operational efficiency, and drastically improved underwriting profitability.
Mark has broad expertise working with Global and Regional General Insurers in Product, Pricing, Underwriting, Claims, Reinsurance, Billing, and IT. This experience has been enhanced though experience working with insurance service providers redefining their business strategies and models to better serve Insurance companies.
He is passionate about driving clients to re-imagine how insurance can be done through innovative but grounded approaches to all aspects of insurance. This has been demonstrated through Mark’s leadership and creativity to launch an award winning 100% digital insurer from ideation, through design, build, launch, and running.
Mark passionately leads Deloitte's Global Insurer of the Future proposition, where he works closely with global executives and partners to understand and demonstrate how disruptive capabilities will change their organisation and how best to respond.
