He has deep expertise in distribution, pricing, underwriting, product, customer/broker experience, IT and core operations. Mark also has expertise working with insurance service and technology providers to redefine their business models to better serve Insurance companies.
He is passionate about re-imagining how insurance can be done through innovative digital first approaches that incorporate leading next generation technologies and capabilities. This has frequently been demonstrated through Mark’s leadership and creativity in launching award winning and commercially successful digital insurance propositions.
