About me

Over the past 18 years I have worked as a management consultant on strategic and large scale transformation initiatives for clients across various industry sectors globally (with a focus on the Financial Services sector). I am a Talent and Organisation Development practitioner that is passionate about effecting positive change. I actively champion Inclusion and my efforts have been recognised on a number of global diversity rankings. 

I am an Advisory Board Member for the School of Business and Management at Queen Mary University, and the Founder of an education scholarship fund for underprivileged girls in Mumbai. Previously, I have served as Trustee on the Board of the East London Business Alliance and been part of the Leadership Advisory team on Gender for one of the The Prince’s Charities - Business in the Community.
