Reading this really strong review of Flo, a new device to highlight the escape of water and, importantly, do something about it by shutting off the water should an unexpected leak occur.
Reading through it, the thing that hit home was that the reviewer had to report 'I’ve had nothing go wrong with my water system'.
Is this the challenge with adoption? Maybe the only folks that will adopt this early on are either a) those that have had problems before or b) Gadget & Connected home fans?
We have seen ongoing comment about adoption of Connected Home kit - is this the crux of the issue?
I’ve had the Flo system in my home for the better part of 3-months, and this is the Flo review. Let me start by saying that this is by far the most difficult review I’ve ever done. I thought the Flo review would be simple and in some ways, it really is. I’m really not sure how long this review will actually be, considering I’ve had nothing go wrong with my water system, well, since I have lived here nor through the review period.
