Alice Leguay, co-founder and CMO at Emolument.com says "While finance remains in the lead when it comes to remuneration, young professionals are more and more reluctant to sign up just for the money” and this view echoes the results of our global survey of business students’ attitudes towards careers. The top career aspirations were professional training and a good reference for a future career. High future earnings came in third.  

However, attracting Millennials to a challenging and exciting career in insurance really shouldn't be that difficult given the transformational innovation and change agenda.   Regardless of ease, to quote Inga Beale, "attracting a new generation of digitally savvy talent" is a critical imperative to our Industry's future success!
